Amendments to the AIPA Rules

As outlined in Insights on 29 March 2019, AIPA is undertaking a multi-stage approach to amending the AIPA Rules. The first ‘tranche’ of amendments was filed with the Fair Work Commission on 8 April 2019. The particulars of the alterations can be viewed here and a copy of the Rules approved by the special meeting of the Committee of Management can be viewed here.
