Pilots Win Federal Court Battle with Qantas

AIPA Pilots won their Federal Court battle with Qantas over seniority.  
 
We are pleased that the Federal Court has ruled that AIPA has acted reasonably in upholding the rights of Qantas pilots and the long-standing pilot seniority and allocation system which provides dedicated and long-serving pilots with a clear career pathway.
 
We look forward to engaging constructively with Qantas to address any operational challenges. 
 
The court has ordered AIPA and Qantas to confer and AIPA will be provided detailed updates in the coming days.
